Parker got his 3rd tooth recently... notice it's not one of his two front teeth, it's the next one over!!! It also appears now that the next one coming is the same tooth on the opposite side. Maybe we should dress him up like a vampire for Halloween?!?

Sorry!
Seriously sorry it's been so long... where do the days go!?!! Parker is now 7 months (today in fact), Noelle is 2 1/3 going on 10... we had some friends over this week and she was bossing them around telling them what to do. She loves to play with the bigger kids and the scary thing is she can totally keep up with them! She's also become the big helper around the house... loves to help Mommy unload the dishwasher, take laundry out of the dryer, make meals/snacks, help feed Parker his cereal/baby food. Parker just yesterday started scooting backwards, not up on hands and knees yet, but we're sure it won't be long! Then... look out! I think I'm busy now! :)
(So there's a quick update, I'll try and stay up on this better going forward! Thanks for checking in on us!)

Highlights from Last Week
Last week was a fun week at the Johnson Household... here are just a few highlights & moments from our week! Above is Noelle and Parker playing, now that Parker is getting a little older the two of them are starting to entertain each other more and more. They both totally adore each other, it's going to be so much fun watching them grow up together! Noelle has started giving Parker kisses more often and gets tickled at the things he does. The other day she said the cutest thing... I was changing his diaper and she pointed at his eyes and said "Parker's got blueberries!" She thinks the iris of an eye looks like a blueberry! Obviously she has blueberries on the brain after our trip to The Berry Patch!
Last Thursday we went to the Leawood Community Center with Noelle & Parker's Aunt Jamie and cousins (Josie, James & Jack) to see "Bongo Barry" (pictured above). He was very entertaining with upbeat and catchy songs about bugs! The kids got to play musical instruments with Mr. Barry and as you can see from the photos it was a very hot day! We all had a good time though and then went and enjoyed some lunch together!
Just a cute photo I got of Parker in his Johnny Jump Up!
On Friday, Noelle and I made chocolate chip cookies for Daddy (his favorite!) Noelle was a huge helper dumping in much of the ingredients, stirring things together and of course afterward we had to enjoy the fruits of our labor!
Friday was a big day in Noelle's little life, we converted her crib to a toddler day bed! She's a big girl now!!! She was so excited about her new bed and loves being able to crawl right into it! Daddy and I are thrilled we don't have to pick her up to put her into bed and also we now have better access for goodnight kisses!
Saturday we took a little road trip to Crown Center to see a puppet show by Picadilly Productions, after having a pizza lunch from D'Bronx. Noelle has fallen in love with puppet shows since seeing her first one on 4th of July at the Prairie Village Fest!
Saturday evening and Sunday were GORGEOUS days! It felt like May not July! Low 80's and no humidity! We took full advantage and spent some time outside! After going on a walk Rodney decided to pull out his golf clubs and hit some balls around the yard (golf has become his new hobby since coffee has turned into a business!). Noelle decided she wanted to golf so, Daddy was giving her a few pointers! One was to stay out of the bushes! ;)

A Visit to the Berry Patch
After enjoying the blueberries in our pancakes on Sunday morning, we've decided this is going to become a Summer tradition (probably with multiple trips)!!! The blueberries are so fresh since we picked them ourselves, very sweet and much cheaper than store bought ones!!!

Lots of Hugs 4 U
Anyway, hope you enjoy this little layout I did... the journaling reads: This photo was taken 5 days after you took a fall down Grandma and Papa Johnson's stairs (all the way from top to bottom). You took quite a tumble and this is the evidence. For days you were telling everyone "she bonk 'er head on stairs, on 'ne carpet." This likely won't be the last time you bonk, but when it happens, we'll always have hugs and kisses to make it all better!
