Last week was a fun week at the Johnson Household... here are just a few highlights & moments from our week! Above is Noelle and Parker playing, now that Parker is getting a little older the two of them are starting to entertain each other more and more. They both totally adore each other, it's going to be so much fun watching them grow up together! Noelle has started giving Parker kisses more often and gets tickled at the things he does. The other day she said the cutest thing... I was changing his diaper and she pointed at his eyes and said "Parker's got blueberries!" She thinks the iris of an eye looks like a blueberry! Obviously she has blueberries on the brain after our trip to The Berry Patch!

Last Thursday we went to the Leawood Community Center with Noelle & Parker's Aunt Jamie and cousins (Josie, James & Jack) to see "Bongo Barry" (pictured above). He was very entertaining with upbeat and catchy songs about bugs! The kids got to play musical instruments with Mr. Barry and as you can see from the photos it was a very hot day! We all had a good time though and then went and enjoyed some lunch together!
Just a cute photo I got of Parker in his Johnny Jump Up!
On Friday, Noelle and I made chocolate chip cookies for Daddy (his favorite!) Noelle was a huge helper dumping in much of the ingredients, stirring things together and of course afterward we had to enjoy the fruits of our labor!
Friday was a big day in Noelle's little life, we converted her crib to a toddler day bed! She's a big girl now!!! She was so excited about her new bed and loves being able to crawl right into it! Daddy and I are thrilled we don't have to pick her up to put her into bed and also we now have better access for goodnight kisses!

Saturday we took a little road trip to Crown Center to see a puppet show by Picadilly Productions, after having a pizza lunch from D'Bronx. Noelle has fallen in love with puppet shows since seeing her first one on 4th of July at the Prairie Village Fest!
Saturday evening and Sunday were GORGEOUS days! It felt like May not July! Low 80's and no humidity! We took full advantage and spent some time outside! After going on a walk Rodney decided to pull out his golf clubs and hit some balls around the yard (golf has become his new hobby since coffee has turned into a business!). Noelle decided she wanted to golf so, Daddy was giving her a few pointers! One was to stay out of the bushes! ;)
